Registration process
Register online or by form
Lower Merion provides an online new-registration form and a downloadable form. The annual fee may be prorated by quarter for a new alarm or owner, but it is not refundable or transferable.
Separate schedules
Security and fire false alarms
After three false security alarms, the next occurrence is $50 and each later fine increases by $50 to a $300 maximum. After three false fire alarms, the next occurrence is $100 and later fines increase by $100 to a $300 maximum.
