Apply through the Office of Finance online portal, by mail using the city’s application, or in person at a Finance branch. The initial permit costs $60. Annual renewal costs $31.
Give your alarm company the permit number and current emergency contacts. Display the permit number near the main entrance so responding officers can find it.
